  • What are the payment options?

    • We accept cash, cheque or standing order and BACS for long standing arrangements.

  • Are you fully insured against damage?

    • Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance.

  • What do I need to provide?

    • Ironing service: Just your ironing, we provide hanger, bags etc.

    • Cleaning: Only any specialised products you like to work with, we carry everything else.

  • I work all day, can you collect in the evening?

    • Yes, that can be arranged.

  • What are your charges?

    • See our services page for full price list or call for Debbie for special requests.

  • Do I have to book a regular service?

    • No, you can have "spring cleans" pre-Christmas spruce ups. We have many clients that only call for ironing services when the basket looks too daunting!

  • I've got more than one dog, will you walk them?

    • Yes, call me to discuss your situation.

  • Can you feed my pets while I'm away?

    • Yes, call me to discuss your situation. I can also water your plants, open and close your curtains etc.

  • Can I arrange a collection?

    • You can call, text or email me at anytime to arrange a collection. For your own peace of mind call if you want a collection that day! 

  • I have allergies, are your premises pet free?

    • I have a dedicated premises which is pet free and smoke free.
